Operating the NxL : 

1. Similar to NxC, but displays 3 readings:

    a. NDI

    b. SCI (Sugar Content Indices), and the

    c. SCI/NDI ratio , for those wishing  either: 

          i) "sweetness" ( a high SCI/NDI ratio) or

          ii) "natural flavors" (a low SCI/NDI ratio).

3.  PLU stickers also indicate if produce is conventionally grown, organically grown or GMO'd.
