Similar to NxC, NxF displays 1 reading : NDI (Nutrient DEsnity Index) is highly correlated with BRIX, so will be able to Rate produce as "poor", 'average', 'good' or 'excellent", using the generally accepted 90 year old Dr Carey Reams' "Rating Chart"
People are prepared to more pay more for superior quality produce, if 'objectively' measured so they can check before or after paying via BRIX meters or NX's.
